Has anyone tried to cut the OTC to make ankle socks? Instead of getting stick with colors you don’t like or buying a new set to get the colors you want in ankle?!

I have never tried this, but I think it would make them unravel.  Just don't buy a color that does not match your wardrobe.  Maybe check out a different brand?

@LLLSSS    You want to cut down over the calf socks?  Don't.  You will ruin them.

Buy socks in the color and length you prefer.  QVC isn't the only game in town.  I prefer to buy socks in all one color like 6 pairs of black, gray or white.  If I lose one or get a hole, I can match up the spare with others.  I never buy those bright colors and patterns.

Amazon carries tons of socks.  I also like Marshalls, TJ Maxx and similar stores.  They carry multipacks and you can see the thickness and length before you buy.

Of course, there are other places to shop that wasn’t the question!

Yes, I can buy another brand, or color that wasn’t my question!
