I agree. Years ago, I rarely had to return anything. The quality control was so much better.

I have dozens and dozens of D&C pieces and I don't recall ever sending back or receiving a defective garment. I think the QC is just fine.

Call customer service and explain the defect. Any time I have had that problem the representative has marked my account so I wasnt charged for a defective return. I would also suggest marking the return package as defective. It is really disappointing for this to happen but I'm sure they will take care of it. Good luck!
