I think he's not a plus size woman and he doesn't know what we want or where to shop. He seems to be thinking about what plus size fashions were like 25 years ago. It's also possible he's thinking about haute couture fashion which hasn't embraced the plus size woman. I agree with him about prints. I stay far far away from prints. Especially print pants! Pints limit my wardrobe and make me look shorter and wider than I am. I don't like cropped or ankle pants on myself. Again, they make me look shorter and I'm already short enough. For the most part, I live in separates. I'm a 14 on top and 16 on the bottom and dresses can be challenging. Plus a wardrobe of separates gives me endless possiblities.
