This Susan Graver new outfit, is a duplicate of one in an old magazine .......

I saw Susan introduce a new top just the other day, it might have been a TSV, yes, I think it was. It was very pretty, and it had a matching set of pants. I was cleaning out some old catalogs and magazines I had saved, and browsed through them quickly to see if there was any particular reason I had kept them. Holy Moly, there was Susan's "new" outfit in it in velvet or velour, looking EXACTLY like hers, but with a sharkbite hem !

Looked like she took scissors and cut a little off the sides.

This is her top that has matching pants in a few colors: Susan Graver Stretch Velvet 3/4 Sleeve Foldover Collar TopA-259561

There are separate pants to match if you want them.

I can't make a copy of the other ones, but they are in a catalog called The Pyramid Collection, , Solstice 2014,on page 56, in a mocha/taupe color. Beautiful !!!! I've had the catalog since late summer.

I went to their website and found it ! They said it is an EXCLUSIVE, and call it the "Peekaboo":

(I'm working on getting my UNDERLINE key unstuck, lol !)

How in the heck do we underline words? I've never figured out how!

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

Oh, BTW........I like SG's velvet top with the thick straps. Like the other version, too!

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

I bought a shirt with shoulders like that more than two years ago from HSN. I can't remember if it was Anthony or Slinky. Both lines probably have it. These designers copy basic designs from each other all the time.

I suppose where the exclusive part comes in is maybe if a particular piece is only sold at one place or maybe if the neck is a bit lower or has a tad more spandex. Just anything to make one design a little different from the other.

I have always felt the designers copy others. When SG says, you see this all over such and such place, don't you think she has copied the design ? I have lots of her things. They never wear out. Have not bought any for awhile though. She has priced me out. I need flex pays or I can not buy.

I can't afford her any more either, not that I have ever bought much from her, maybe 5 or 6 items over 10-12 years. She keeps inching up her prices, like everyone else. Without easy pay or some major discount, most of what QVC sells is out of my range.

Ish. (That's Minnesota-speak.). I don't like either of them.

The sharkbite style is more attractive than Susan's, IMO. I really don't like the short little flounce over the bustline in the SG version.......and it wouldn't flatter many people.

Watching the Graver show right now. She cracks me up she can't keep her hands off herself LOL Sticking that butt out, twisting this way and that way. Looks like she's had some face work done, also. Bless her heart wish I could bounce out of the bed in the morning like that.

You go, hun !
