Re: The recent Jockey TSV set is a failure--a bomb

I have to think twice or three times before I buy any thing from the Q now, unless I know the brand. I spent quite a bit of money on returns before the new S&H policy and I'm not willing to spend even more.

It said right on the item listing that it isn't QVC sizing.

From the item listing

  • This is a Jockey fit, not a QVC fit

Right and they provided click here measurements. That doesn't mean that they make sense or that the item received is accurate.

Yes. The only brand I have not weird sizing issues with is LOGO. No other brand is reliable, and therefore means $$$ to return. NO thanks!

If the actual size of the clothing did not match the published sizing chart, you should talk with C.S. and get the return shipping waived! In essence, the item you ordered was not as described and was therefore unusable......and you SHOULD NOT PAY TO RETURN IT!

Not only that, but demand THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BE WAIVED. I have done this twice since the new return policy started and they have obliged.

I would also call customer service, they can look at your records and see you don't return much.

Call them, I did when Jill B said to not go up a ring size on OR Pax and it came too tight on my regular Size. CS SAID THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE ME. THen JB said she just suggested it. I PLAYED IT BACK AND SHE SAID, GET YOUR REG SIZE. I WOULD DO THE SAME HERE. I AM waiting for this order and I will fight the shipping to return and send because the presentation said, stick to your size. Also I will tell them to read the reviews for proof. If one CS DOESN,T HELP,HANG UP AND CALL ANOTHER.

I agree. They should be held accountable since you can't try it on before purchase. I used to rely on the hosts 15 years ago o so. They would give the exact measurements and many would advise on who should or should not get a certain item. They stopped doing it years ago. So now, they should be responsible for any wrong advice as well.

I'm a fan of jockey, but won't buy it unless I try it on. I've found the line to run really small.

I like the Jockey cotton undies (high cut) and I buy them (in a pack of 3) at TJ Maxx for a fraction of the Retail Prices. Their regular cut panties I can size down (oftentimes those packages of 3 have been opened & I can "eyeball" the smaller size to see if they will fit) because the coverage for the hips are larger than mine.

Jockey's tops are usually a nightmare for me (I'm a 42D) so I would buy the XXL, and I have done that (at TJ's and Belk)...BUT "a set", like the TSV was, and the fact that it ran small, would definitely be a non-purchase for me.

I've had the same problem with Spanx products, sold on the Q, yet at retail I have no issues with sizing. {#emotions_dlg.confused1} All I can think of is that the Q's Spanx & Jockey products are defective (?)...{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}
