My main issue with a puffy sleeve is the inevitable elastic band! I truly hate elastic! Even if it's not tight it leaves a mark and I'm just not a fan of the way it feels

I like the gray elbow sleeve top also......but none of the others.  Agree that these may not be the most wearable examples of this design idea.
