Wow to not send, notifying the shippers TO RETURN TO QVC these boots already sent out to customers is of concern. What is the problem? As a long time viewer, shopper, member of this board; I ' ve never seen this happen.

They should be telling people exactly WHAT the problem is. That's not right that they are not, a lot of people are being disappointed.

Just saying oh it's "packaging and product issues", that's malarkey. You don't recall thousands of pairs of boots for that reason. What kind of packaging and product issues? They owe it to people to be specific.

I have 4 pair of Lamo boots in 3 different styles and none of the labels have "lamo" spelled out on one line like that. For all of them the label is more of a square with LA on the top line and MO on the second line. If you don't know the brand name, I don't think you read it as Lamo, I think you read it as LA MO.

Yesterday I read about this issue on the TSV forum. I checked the Q's FB page and people had asked what was going on but there was no response from QVC. I haven't checked again to see if they addressed the issue yet and I only checked the comments under the picture of the TSV.

ETA: Just checked FB again. Several people have asked about this issue and no one from QVC has addressed it. This time I checked the Post to Page section. Other questions are being answered but anything about the boots is being skipped.

I just think it is very very strange they are not telling people what is wrong with these boots.

I didn't order them, but if I did, I'd be upset about this and I would want to know what is wrong with the boots. They are certainly not telling customers the whole story about this.
