Moral of the story is: If it seems to good to be true it is

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

Awww, thank you!  At one time I worked for Chicos.  The price that post had was their lowest sale price; that's how it made sense to me as well as so many of their stores closing.

Further on Facebook scams:

My feed has been loaded with "Clark's" and "Skechers" orthopedic footwear.  They use QVC logo.  They use Vionic footage (the marker dots down the leg).  They even use footage of QVC hosts.

Many people have marked them as scam, as have I.  Well I decided to report these ads to Facebook to see what would happen.  I received my report from Facebook this morning and they said they will NOT remove these ads as they do not violate their policies.

Bottom line, Facebook doesn't care one bit about their members.

@FLtricia That would probably be because Facebook is making money off of them.  They don't get that advertising space for free.  Money talks. I've also had no luck reporting obvious porn to them.

That being said, I DO use Facebook, mostly for their special interest Groups.  I have an app that I can configure to hide all that stuff off on the right side of the window where a lot of those ads show up.  It can also hide Sponsored posts which is another revenue stream for them.  Of course, they're always monkeying with their system and it someimes messes up the app for a period, but it's better than nothing.

@ECBG  I bet you were a wonderful asset for Chico's and had a lot of fun putting outfits together for clientele!

I know what you mean about so many of their boutiques closing. I live in a rural So California area and now have to travel ove a hundred miles to teach the closest Chico's.

I rarely got to put outfits together.  She called in seasoned extras at Christmas.  They would run up to customers and that person was off limits.  During winter (Jan forward) I had all of 11 hours.  The company pays mgrs. first of course; they have a contract.  I did a 2 week notice without even being on the floor!

@ECBG That was certainly a list opportunity on their part. That's a shame!
