I liked the look of this purse but had a bad experience with a Maxx purse that had similar hardware. The part on the purse that the strap connects to, that loops and attaches via a "peg" through a hole punched in the leather. On my Maxx the tab started coming off the peg and was only a nuisance. But eventually everything loosened to the point that it would slip completely and the strap would come off. I really liked the purse but it was ruined.

I think the leather on the IM is better, but it too could loosen, especially given the weight of the purse. Has anyone noticed any stress or pulling at what I think is a weak spot? I realize this hardware gives some adjustment to the length but buckles would be so much better, or just no adjustment and have it sewn onto an O-ring. I guess I think this hardware kind of ruins the look, too.
