I saw part of the Liz Claiborne show today - an item was being offered buy one, get 2nd for $4.00 off . . . end of pitch. It seemed MaryBeth was having a hard time not saying anything else. Because for 20 years she's been adding "and save half" on shipping and if for some reason you don't like it - it won't cost you anything to try it on because we will return the original shipping.

The new shipping policy was the huge unsaid "white elephant" in the room.

I noticed that too. But they still don't have a problem with "get it home, and if you don't love it, just send it back within 30 days"! {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

I, too, have noticed that pause....I am sure its choked in their throat...after saying it for so many years...

I prefer to try it on for free and return it to the rack if I decide no or take it to the cashier and out the door I go with my new outfit.

I know ladies shop here for many reasons and I get that but I don't have to shop here if I don't want to. I use to do more of it when I first started watching. My biggest time is Christmas time from the Q but no clothes any more.

I like trying on my clothes and seeing what the stores have. So many of what you see really are around here. The prices and sales are better locally and I refuse to pay some of those prices. I don't want my clothes to hang around for 20 years. I like to update and have something new to wear every now and then and especially if I get it on sale.

I like to feel the material and check it out. Not everything fits the same.

I like to look and watch the shows and ideas from here and the fashion shows but I just don't buy.

Original shipping fee will NOT BE REFUNDED back as it had been in the past (starting on February 17th) and most shipping will be a flat $3.00 fee by 'best standard delivery'-- QVC's choice of which shipper (UPS or USPS). If you want UPS Blue/Red or Priority US Mail, you will have to pay more for the shipping.

also there is no more half off shipping on the second...third..etc items of the same kind...

return labels will not be the $3.00....they will still be $6.95/$8.95 etc....plus the shipping to you....so it will cost you $9.95/$11.95...etc to return said items....
