Susan Graver pants Too Long?

I have many of SG clothes, but for someone who touts herself as a pants fit expert I have found that her pants are either too long in overall length or too long in the crotch. I just received her Liquid Knit pull ons A91201 in a regular which are supposed to be 30 1/2 inches in length but measured 34! I am sending back for the petite hoping they are longer than the 28 as described. I am 5'5 inches and am always caught in the middle on pants length. Has anyone else had this problem with these pants?
