You do know that Susan gets criticized on here regularly and this just seemed like such a pile on that it bothered me. I am far from a "buzz kill" as you so kindly put it. I just don't like jokes at the expense of others. Fortunately, Susan seems to have risen above it with her posting on FB. I think she is a class act. To anyone who I may have offended because of my buzz kill attitude or kill joy post, I apologize.

I'm nearly always calm, dobs! But I stand by what I said. The jumping into a fun thread to put up a downer-spoiler is a passive-aggressive and self-aggrandizing act, and I calls em as I sees em. That's why people reacted to the "debbie downer" posts the way they did. Behavior on online forums is an interesting study. If I were going back to school (gah! the thought!) I'd do a thesis on this, I really would!

This is one of the greatest threads ever and so funny! Finally, some light hearted humor minus the snark. Even Susan Graver thinks it's funny. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

I laughed so hard, my dogs thought I was demented. Well, they think that anyway but I just confirmed their suspicions.

And now, to shower and put on my Whisperknit top. I realized I dress in SG almost daily for work! Skirts and tops, generally.

"Don't you think you should put on a skirt or something?"

Re: Susan Graver Star Trek Collection

I've been enjoying this thread very much!! I don't see how anyone could have thought that there was any snark at all in it but instead a very funny & clever thread...and even Susan seems to think it's funny too since she linked it on her Facebook page!

I love Star Trek...both the original & next generation! ....and I do have a few pieces of Susan's liquid knit. I just ordered two of her solid colored tops!

It's been a long time since I saw Star Trek but this thread brings back a lot of fond memories. I have no idea how one adds those small clips to posts but they are a hoot! Please continue!...Make it so!
