Summer 'shorts'

For those with Bj's or Costco memberships I came upon these Lee relaxed fit 'skimmers'. Cargo styling, 98% cotton, 2% spandex. They're a woven with zippered fly but with a knit waistband which I find precludes the inevitable gap you can get accommodating hips with a small waist.

$16.99. I think they're a cute alternative to shorts..

They are cute, I don't wear shorts but I'd wear those if I was going to the beach.

I was at Dillard's yesterday and got a pair of white Alison Daley shorts

pull on stretch waist. Lot shorter then these though. 9-10 in . inseam

I wish I had a Costco near me! I am short enough that I wear "skimmers" or "pedal pushers" as most gals wear capri pants. I wear them to work, as we are allowed anything that covers the knee and the 17" inseam does on me! Cute pic !!

Very cute. I don't wear shorts but I Love Isaac's 24/7 crop pants. The fabric is fabulous for the summer, very comfoy and the fit is perfection. I have them in several colors. I also love skorts, skirts and dresses.

I like the slim leg on these. I would try them on and see if I liked the look on me. Right now I still wear Bermuda shorts and show my knees. I am in my mid 50s.

I found some cargo capris at Walmart but I can't get the picture to post.Time and Tru for $14.94 . They had some skimmers too but I can't find them. HTH

I'll be 58 in August and while my calves are skinny my knees just aren't what they used to be! LOL I like the legs on these because they don't get tighter around the bottom! I think it gives a slimmer appearance especially when you're balancing hips
