Style LC jeans?

Have the worse time with jeans (I'm sz.2 petite). What is the difference between the two LC jeans styles? Although I'm small I need/like a jean that is a little higher on the waist (the muffin top is my curse). Also, will you be featuring any white jeans before the summer is over?
