just call them and have them apply it

i called 2 days after my order and they applied the refund. saved $13.00 on 2 purses!!

Once again I tried to use the SPRINGLOOK24 coupon on a sale item.  I get a notice "code is invalid" no explanation as to why.  What a scam!
