Sizing on Joan Rivers TSV Jacket?

What is the sizing on Joan's jackets? Do they run large or small? I'm between a large and XL depending on brand. After looking at the sizing measurements, I'm most worried about the upper arms being too tight on the large but I'm also afraid the XL will be too baggy/boxy at the waist. It really bothers me that they don't give waist measurements any longer. I have an hourglass shape. Meaning I'm busty and hippey with the waist being the smallest part on me. Any information on Joan's brand? Thanks!
