Sizing help.....

For LOGO tunic style shirts....do you recommend your standard size (in general, not LOGO) or sizing up/down? I'm pear shaped, so I usually size up one size in styles like this unless I know something runs very large. Based on the pictures, the tunics look rather semi-fitted.
