Hi, I'm more of a lurker than a poster but I'm hoping to get some help in this area. I can wear a medium top in Belle by Kim Gravel and I was wondering how other brands on QVC compare. For example, would, I purchase the same size in Logo, Susan Graver, Joan Rivers, and Isaac? I'm a size 14 in Belle's jeans and was wondering the same in pants. Thank you!

@JosieSue   Unfortunately, for the most part, part of the determination of sizing is not just across brands, but one's chest measurments and the type of garment.

For example, my chest is 'average' - 38B and I'm 5'7". I wear a S or XS depending on the brand, type of garment AND chest measurement info on the size chart.

For me, about 1/4 to 1/3 of the time I am able to go down a size to an XS. For those that are the same height as myself but have a much fuller bust wouldn't be able to do so.

I have ordered 3 or 4 pair of the same pants and got different sizes in them!  It's called "work as fast as you can" in factories!

Doesn't matter if it's done right, just get it done!

I am also 5'7" weigh 130 lbs and I wear a Med to Large!

I have a large frame!  Medium shirts are tight on my shoulders and make my bust look like a shelf!

@JosieSue. I find QVC'S sizing to be very consistent, however, since there is an occasional anomaly,  I always check the actual garment measurements listed at the end of the text describing the garment where you're advised to "click here".

@Zhills  I hover between 137-142 most days. I don't have broad shoulders either. I would swim in a M or L.

I've posted this pic of myself with my DH several times over the past couple of years. I'm sure many will recognize it.

For those wondering, I'm wearing all CCB garments...her cardigan, floral turtleneck and malibu light washed cropped jeans.  Smiley Happy

Thanks for replying! I hear Kim saying "grab your usual QVC size" and I thought there might be some consistency there!

@JosieSue   I'm guessing when Kim (and other hosts/vendors say that) it is usually pertaining to the brand being presented at that time.  Smiley Happy

After shopping QVC clothing for many years, I have found no consistency in sizing across the various brands, or even within the same brand. I suspect this is most likely due to lack of control over various manufacturers.

It's best to know your body measurements and use the garment measurement guide, not the general size chart, for any item being purchased. This is not always a sure fire method either as there are still errors. I had a denim dress that had to be exchanged for a smaller size after using this method.

Sorry to all the naysayers, but I'd never shop here any other way.

I find the sizing to be quite consistent across the brands.  The only exception was with Isaac.  His items seemed to be just a bit smaller than the other brands.

I always look at the garment measurements on the website to make sure the chest measurement is right for me.  The size chart doesn't help me as much as the garment measurements.
