A lot of those Irish sweaters are gorgeous but since they are wool I can't wear them.  Just the thought of them makes me sweat & itch!

Re: Simply stunning Irish sweater !

Reminds me of one of our vacations back yrs. ago.

We were in a Boutique in England or Scotland and I was checking out the folded sweaters of that kind of wool.

I unfolded one and then folded it back when it was 200

bucks. Lady glared at me and came over and refolded it LOL   Excuse me ! Your ladyship.

That berry shade is my fav. Had to listen to a particular host , but, it was worth it. Got my size.

Mallard blue would be my 2nd choice.

Hope it don't sell out or go back up in price.

@SharkE.  Thats a beautiful sweater but I hope you don't roast in it.  Wool is very hot.   Be sure when you store it, you use something to keep the moths away.

I got an Irish wool vest, never wore it and put it away for the summer.  When I got it out again, it had an 8 inch hole in the back.

I got the sweater in green.  It was presented during the 4:00 PM show on the QVC2 channel.  I have another of their sweaters in plum, a gorgeous muted purple-pink color.

Are we tired of “winning” yet?

Guess I'd better buy moth balls. LOL

Won't be wearing it till Nov or so. Still almost 90 here

lot better then it was when it was 104. High 80's.

Going to get flu shot tomorrow.

I researched it and they said to put in airtight bag and put in freezer.

Or put in airtight plastic container like you get at walmart.

I already keep my flour in freezer to keep out mealy

bugs. Little black crawling things. Had to throw out lot of flour and put in big 5 lb container and put in freezer

that marked paid to that.

@SharkE.  Yes, it's been about 90° here too but chilly at night.
