I just called customer service and the lady told me they had been having technical problems with some of the LDO items. She said she would call corporate and tell them to release it. She said the status should be updated within 3 days. I'll never get this necklace. I'm convincing myself of that, so if it arrives, good, and if not, oh well.

I have to say, from personal experience, that there have been SEVERAL instance where an item says "in process" at the same time as the postman delivers it to my door!

You will get your necklace. I just know it.

I have to agree with Gardensia, I have gotten orders that have been in process for 8 days and it was delivered. It's coming, just taking a little longer.

Thanks, Tylerpoo and gardensla. I was thinking maybe I wouldn't like the gold one and would cancel the silver, but the gold tone fish arrived yesterday and it's great! It's not as large as I imagined and it looks great with longer tops. I'm very happy!
