I ordered a pair of sandals in my normal size 8. When I received them, my heel hung over 1/2 inch. They were not defective, but to me the sizing was off. I returned them for $6,95. What I should have done was call CS and tell them of the problem. I wonder if they would have waved the return shipping. My bad for not following up,. uggh!

i never do an exchange.

if i need a different size or color i just order the item i want and do a return on the item that needs to go back. it makes it a lot easier to track.
