Shoulder pads

I really miss Kathkeen Kirkward's shoulder pads. I want some thin one in cotton; I have no shoulders and wore them all the time. I've found some online but don't know what dolman means, etc. Also her collections were a good deal.

I'm surprised because the new issue of Vogue shows dresses that clearly have pads. If anyone has found the right website and understands the "names" I'd appreciate posting it.
