Hello friends! I have been ""blowing and going"" as they say. Left home early enough to run to the grocery and get all the food for our weekend. Ran home at lunch and DH and I went to see his Dr. He was very impressed at how well Steve is doing - couldn't believe it was only 6 days ago. He said to come back in 6 weeks if we feel like it. lol (or check in if we don't).

I've got a lot of cooking/baking to do tonight but last night I vacuumed and packed up all his clothes so just a few things to do otherwise and tomorrow will be headed north.

My swimsuit and new pillows came in today. Can't wait to try them out!

Hot and hotter here. But is is the end of July. I am not sure where this month has gone.

Linda, my first thought was also gallbladder when I read your post. Has your doc already looked into that?

Yes, they have checked for gallbladder troubles more than once. I was really hoping that it was my gallbladder and that would be the end of my problem, but no luck. They also ruled out several other candidates. Hopefully, it will just go away after a while. The physical therapist did quite a bit of work on my back, and that seemed to help.

Linda R, It was so hot here yesterday & Monday. Now it is lovely as it should be in the 70's for the next few days. I also said to my DH that I couldn't believe how fast July is going by.

RC, that is such great news about your DH. 6 days & feeling this good is amazing. I hope you enjoy your swimsuit & pillow purchases. With all of the cooking/baking going on, it sounds like you might be getting company soon. I started kitchen duty again today as it is so nice today.

FHG, It is so nice that you can use your pool again. Gas prices have dropped to $3.47 a gallon, so I hope they don't rise before we head to the East Coast in late August.

Marijane, I think think we sent you our hot humid weather from Monday & Tuesday. We will send you some 70's in a couple of days though. It is lovely today & hopefully the same tomorrow. It is so sad about your DH's cousin. Prayers to her too.

Hmmmmmm. The other thing I thought of was some weird food allergy or sensitivity. My issues with gluten just popped up out of the blue a few years ago, and since then I've read all the many ways that allergies affect people's bodies. Glad you feel better now though.
