Re: Shopaholics: One Day At A Time (Saturday, January 7th)

Okay the my computer was being weird so I switched computers.

Twinny - Glad you and your cousin had a good time yesterday, I am like Linda, I don't do well with drop in guest.  The cookies sound wonderful.

Linda - Hope DH is having a good day today.  The applesauce sounds good, you were not greedy, you took advantage of a good deal to make something you like.

Essie - Good job on the decluttering, the Salvation Army is a great place to donate to.

Jean - The video was cute.

Meallen - Liked the graphic.

Marijane - Soup sounds good, I need to make some chicken soup.  That alway tastes good on a cold day.

Well off the finish the diningroom and walk the dog.  Have a good afternoon everyone.

Re: Shopaholics: One Day At A Time (Saturday, January 7th)

I think I had too many pillows in the bed last night.  I seemed to fight with the body pillow the most and frankly, it was winning, lol.  I listened to AM style, chatted then decided to get off of dead center and run some errands.

Since my new health insurance plan doesn't cover brand name Synthroid at all, I've been calling around pharmacies to get some prices. My local Meijer pharmacy had a good starting price and tries to get the best discounts through discount cards so I took care of that after I went to the recycling center.  They need to order my dose in the brand name and it should be here on Monday or Tuesday.  I told the pharmacist that I still had 8 or 9 pills so it wasn't urgent.

While I was there, I did the grocery shopping and got that out of the way.

The best description I can come up with for my weather is freeze your face off cold.

There are many elements: wind, fire, water
But none quite like the element of surprise
