Shoe inserts - where do I begin?

Hi ladies!!!!!

I received my shoes and they are even more gorgeous in person. The colors are really mindblowing:

The only problem is they are a little loose in the back of my foot particularly on one shoe more than the other. I'm glad it is a closed toe shoe as it maybe it is an easy remedy to fix? Any suggestions for a good insert that can keep my feet secure and in the shoe? They are so darn cute. I'm hoping this is an easy fix.
