Shipping Problems

Anyone else have this problem? QVC ships all (I think) clothing items US Post Office now. Formerly, clothing items were shipped UPS. My problem is, my postman stuffs packages in my mailbox at the street. Everything is a mess with wrinkles when I open the packages. Maybe this is nit picking, but sure is irritating. The solution would seem to be tell the postman to bring to the door. . .he says he only has to come to the door if the package won't fit in the box.

bag is cramed in mail box.

ugly if sent as gift.

however, i wash before wear so it is not an issue for me.

Mine does the same - stuffs in mailbox if it fits. Whatever doesn’t fit goes to the front door. This is reasonable to me. The plastic bags generally allow them to fit in a mailbox. Those bags have been squished, crushed, you name it before they make it to our mailbox so to complain about stuffing it into my mailbox is useless - its already beat up. Lol! I wash everything before I wear it anyways (if I am keeping it).

Most packages now are shipped and transported by UPS, but then delivered by the USPS. I haven't found wrinkled merchandise to be a problem. Most of what I buy are wrinkle-resistant fabrics and I don't recall receiving anything that I received that I had to press.

Mine goes into a parcel locker at the Post Office but then I have a Post Office mail box instead of one at home for security reasons. They just put a key to the locker in my Post Office box.

I have the same issue here. Last week, I received something that came in a box. I live in a townhouse, and my mailbox is small. The mail person somehow shoved into the mailbox, and I couldn't get it out. It took me about 15 minutes to wiggle it just the right way. When I receive regular packages, if there is more than one, they are stuffed in the same way. All the clothes are wrinkled. I am really not happy about it.

I got my QVC ear covers yesterday and Bearpaw boots today, both by Post office. I get pkgs all the time and my mail lady KNOWS not to leave anything in my Apt. Lobby. If I am not home she leaves a note and I go to the Post Office and pick up my item....but UPS will dump anything in my lobby for anyone to steal....Talk to your postal Carrier!

I get Stitch Fix which comes FED EX and so far I have been home, as I leave for work at 1pm.....If I am not home in Nov for my next box I will leave a note...
