Has anyone experienced having the wrong item shipped to you twice in a row?  Ordered a pair of sandals and was shipped someone else’s order completely.  Called customer service and was sent (supposedly) the corrected order.  Just received the corrected order, and guess what, it’s the wrong pair of shoes!  Unbelievable!   Doesn’t anyone check sku# with shipping label before its sent to a customer.  Now I have to return a second wrong order.  This is unacceptable.

@EZ shopper   Have you considered posting your experience in the Customer Care section? I have seen similar posts and the MODS were great in responding and helping with shipping issues...I have experienced receiving the wrong items and know that it can be a little frustrating...the MODS in Customer Care are excellent and may be able to check the sku# to ensure the warehouse does not have the right sku# but wrong item in that spot..

Wow, wrong thing twice in a row!  What are the chances of that happening!

@GAQShopr53 It's totally wrong sku#, shipped in wrong box.  No one in their shipping department is taking any responsibility in what is being shipped to customers.

I only give them 1 chance.

As much as I love the item I purchased, not going through the nonsense it takes to allow them to get it right.
