It's not a "once" thing. Her hair most of the time looks dirty and uncared for.

It's probably full of product and her choice is a messy look. Everyone can decide for themselves how to wear their hair.

I have thought for a while Shawn's hair has looked so think & just dirty!  Maybe i5 is getting thin & she uses too much product but it is not a becoming look!

Shawns hair is severely over-processed. She needs to STOP coloring her hair.  Cut it and get extensions.    Her base color is very low level. 2 or 3.  She's had color done so long. years and years.   when the color pigment fades off you are left with strands that are bleached but with no pigment. Years ago, in the '70s,  this is how highlights were done. just a cap and bleach, no pigment, no toner.   The hair gets a greyish green ashy root caste.  Had a co-worker whose hair looked just like that.

She needs professional help.

I'm sure Maria from Calista has probably cried tears of frustration trying to help her.  But Shawn thinks she knows style and trends and what have you and is sticking to her own "quirky" likes.Smiley Frustrated  She's the classic, cutting off her nose to spite her face.

Looks like she could use conditioner tonight.
