Watching Shawn saves Christmas which I always enjoy, is it just me or is her voice constantly breaking? She sounds like she's on the verge of losing her voice! I've never heard this before, hope she's ok.

I believe a lot of people who talk for a living could benefit with getting some vocal therapy.  I have struggled with this and twice in my life I went to an ENT specialist in vocal problems and got therapy which helped tremendously. I too suffer from allergies.

It was strange.  One minute her voice sounded strained and the next it didn't. Besides the voice, I thought she seemed more hyper than usual.  I couldn't believe the way she suddenly grabbed Angela from Skecher's ear and asked if her earrings were fake!  QVC should pull her aside (like kindergarten teachers do) and talk to her about respecting other people's personal space.
