Re: SHOPAHOLICS ONE DAY AT A TIME (TUESDAY, MARCH 12th)

It's been failry uneventful for most of the week.  The weather has been like a rollercoast - up, down, sunny, rainy.  I called my lawn mower guy to let him know I'm ready when he is for him to pick up my mower for maintenance.

I'm not sure I would call this excitement...the neighbor next door is selling her house.  We've been on friendly terms for over 22 years.  I found out when I saw an uptick of unfamiliar cars and people rolling in yesterday.  I checked online and there it was.

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.

Re: SHOPAHOLICS ONE DAY AT A TIME (TUESDAY, MARCH 12th)

Good Afternoon/Evening!  We have had rain off and on all day, plus cooler temperatures (high in the 50's) and it is expected to go down into the mid 30's tonight.  Not my favorite weather, but I'm sure we can use the rain.

Hope your flowers make it okay, Fressa.  You sound as busy as always.  Glad you are happy with the Houri Houri knife you ordered.  Ouch with that prescription drug price increase.  At least it seems to be helping.

Interestingly enough, I think one of my long-term neighbors is putting her house on the market, Bernie.  There is no "for sale" sign, but there is the bracket ready to put one up.  She and her late husband moved here many years ago (more than 10 years before my DH and I moved here), and I recently saw her at the celebration of life for my next door neighbors daughter.  Not many of the "originals" left here.  Hope your new neighbor is nice.

DD seems to be enjoying her trip to visit the twins.  She is doing a bunch of cleaning and laundry to help out.

I had a good visit with one of "my" hospice patients this morning, and then spent some time at the office before delivering some brochures at a local business.  I will be returning to the office soon.

Waves to Fressa, Bernie, Glenda (hope you are having fun), Susan, Barbara, and all of our posters and readers.

Sleep well everyone.

Hugs,

Linda
