I'm typing this w/o reading everyone's post on this thread. SG, has been driving more me nuts than ever lately. She hardly ever shuts up about her pieces. She hardly lets the hosts get out the things they need to say.. "Oh it's perfect, it's perfect.....these prices are dynamite, how beautiful, how perfect. You can wear this everywhere!I" I'm SO sick of it!!! She's acts like she's the only person who's ever picked a design! Just needed to rant! And yes, the prices for this type of clothing is getting ridiculous! Graver and D&Co. Are both going thru the roof. Meanwhile B/M stores like Macy's have coupons every single day! I do occasionally buy Gravers things, I like these pants but, these are staples, not high end. She just compared herself to St. John's!!! She needs to calm down and not sound so hyper and self promoting!

I shop almost exclusively at Jjill... and SG's prices are comparable if not less expensive than Jjill..... I don't buy a lot of SG, but the one thing I like about SG and some of the other lines is you can find colors that you can't find at other stores..... The s/h charges do keep me from buying the majority of my clothing at the Q any more, but I do enjoy the occasional "bright" colored item that is more difficult to find elsewhere.

I don't think Susan wore extensions. She has her hair cut regularly and is wearing her hair shorter and straighter now.

@ MotivatedMamma~I've shopped from stores like J.Jill, Coldwtr Creek, and other shops like that. I have things from there that I hated to say goodbye to for donations, etc. but if I buy a bunch of new clothes, then a bunch go out! Do you really think SG compares to the styles in those stores? To me~and, please know this is just my opinion. To me Susan's clothes are mainly older women's clothing. Her designs remind me of the brands at Kohls, JC Penny's and Sears. I only occasionally find a top that goes with other things I own. If I order a pant from her and almost always cancel the order because the style and print remind me of what my soon to be 90 MIL wears. I can't figure out who her target audience is? But for me....not so much!

I agree about the prices. By the time you have bought the product and pay tax and shipping, the price has gotten way up there. I have always liked her clothes, but, she is so hyper now, I can't watch. I don't know how the hosts can stand it!

Just had to agree with all that's been said. I haven't bought anything from SG for a number of years. The fabrics, colors and styles are hideous and they cost as much as cute things one can get at lots of stores. I can't watch with the sound on because she just seems to get crazier and crazier. I do think there is something wrong with her.can someone not sit her down and make her watch herself so she could see how rude to the hosts she is? She just keeps saying the same stupid things over and over. I honestly don't understand who buys this stuff - if I want garish polyester I can go to Walmart!

Susan used to be a favorite of mine. Now I haven't bought anything of hers in a couple of years. All her garish prints, rouching, animal prints, and extremely lavish embellishments have succeeded in making me a once customer. Also, everything is so long and baggy. I wish she designed as she once did a couple of years ago. Too much traveling to Europe for inspiration.

The few times I have been to Europe, I never saw anyone in liquid knit with animal print, ruched sleeves! so not sure where she is getting her "inspiration"

8) Maybe after "graverizing" them, they bear no resemblance to European inspiration.

I completely agree with posts #1 and #2. Maybe if people stop buying she will get the hint.

No problem for me though as I just don't buy anymore.

Susan doesn't have anything to do with the pricing. The Q does that.

Doesn't she just design for Q and don't they set the prices? The creator's always seem to be surprised at the prices if they are marked lower. (I don't believe when they react that way always, it doesn't seem genuine in their reactions, but that may just be me.)
