S&H Issue

Has anyone else noticed how QVC increases the S&H cost on clearance items. They want people to think they are getting bargains with clearance prices until you check out the S&H. I've noticed it on all products. They already charge more than other online & t.v. shopping businesses and now they are trying to sneak in even more charges! Shame on QVC!
