Hello, lavandar. Smile

Sorry for all the trouble you went through. Not to downplay what happened to you, but it was pretty nice of QVC to give you a $25 credit and an apology.

I know, I know, some will say I sound like a Q cheerleader. Did you ever get your problem resolved, though?

I know things go wrong. This was not the first problem I've had; I think CS handles things very well.

This was a double whammy because UPS also was at fault. I've been having problems with UPS concerning a compounded medication that has to be delivered overnight with refrigeration. I pay fifteen dollars for this service and the pharmacy told me they have no control over UPS. I changed to a pharmacy that uses FedEx.

I got a call from corporate this a.m. saying I could use any of the delivery services they provide. And today I noticed there are multiple services in the drop down when ordering. No one knows why they were unavailable for me. The woman I spoke to gave me her number and extension and told me to call if I have any problems.

I really like the free service from UPS. They send emails telling you when a package should arrive and also when it's been delivered. It took some work but I have the name and no of my local UPS CS rep.

I'm glad it happened. I would just get annoyed in the past and would let things go. I needed the last straw to take some action.
