I wouldn't either.  Jeggings always seem to have a funky looking waistline area that's meant to be hidden.

 

The LF jeans you can wear with a shorter top or a tucked top.  I've never seen a jegging that would work with a tucked top.

 

But I am very hesitant to buy jeans online.  It's really impossible to know how they will fit until you try them on.
