Review of LL Scoop Neck Shell/Tank

Love the peony pink color but it is running smaller than expected; in my usual Small it is fitting me as 'fitted' and not 'semi-fitted' as per description. I am ordering the Medium. The click here measurements are correct for the garment.

Re: Review of LL Scoop Neck Shell/Tank

When Louis took the time on his website to discuss the fit of his new LL and emphasized reading the "click here" before ordering this new semi fit I knew I needed to heed his suggestion. I am always a medium in his tops and smalls in bottoms. I ordered everything and ordered medium bottoms and large tops (first time ordering large). Got my fingers crossed they are not too big or baggy. My orders just shipped today even though I ordered as soon as they came on line.

Thanks for your quick review, hope everyone heeded his suggestion to read the "click here" measurements and not have a landslide of returns. That would not be promising for the line going forward. Ordering on line has it's challenges; especially with a new line. Happy to hear you like peony pink; I ordered also and can't wait to see all my goodies.

I think I ordered correctly then, although I ordered the hoodie and tanks, all in my usual size, I did look closely at the click here measurements. Mine are still all IN PROCESS.

I, too worry that my size (1x) will work. At least there is time to reorder on this item.

Did you have your shipping adjusted to $3 per item? I contacted CS and just checked my order status, all my items from my in process order are at $3, no discount for additional items.

Happy Lady, I well pleased with the design and the color of this shell. What galls me is the fit description is incorrect!!{#emotions_dlg.mad} I turned around and ordered the Medium and also the Malibu Blue color!

Its freaking 20 something degrees outside and I am trying on a summer tank!!{#emotions_dlg.blink} indoors!

That to me is funny!

Are you standing there with winter knee hi socks and a summer tank? Yeah, we all do the same thing and wonder why things don't look quite how we imagined.{#emotions_dlg.blushing}

I use to travel from Phila, Pa to Hawaii in January and I couldn't get motivated to try on and pack beach stuff when it was 15*. I would tell my husband, I couldn't get the feel of 80* and try on shorts and bathing suits. Took me forever to pack.

I did contact CS re: S&H of $3.00, after 25 minutes I got the reduced pricing, also had them reduce the tax on S&H. The CS rep said it was a glitch in their system. I wonder about that part, though.

Louis recommended if you are between sizes to go up in the jackets. He did not mention pants. I am not between sizes but went from a S to a M in the two jackets. I stayed the same in pants.

I didn't know about the $3 S&H. I thought it was just on jewelry.I'll call tomorrow.

Did you mean to say tanks?

The $3 S&H is only for UPS Ground not any of the other mailing options according to the man I spoke to at C/S yesterday.

Re: Review of LL Scoop Neck Shell/Tank

No, I meant to say tanks because he said only the jackets have a tighter fit. The tank, or shell, as he referred to it, has a smaller chest measurement than most items and he said this fabric is sturdy, meaning it doesn't have enough give.

Since he didn't mention pants, I ordered them in my usual Linea size. I also went by the measurements. I'm only 5'2" but have a very long torso and cannot wear a petite. Louis' pants don't fit me well with the exception of the WK's.

Many items have reduced S&H, not just Louis. I did call and got a credit of $4.62 which I then applied to a navy V neck and a green WK scarf. The two items together cost me 4.50 in S&H.

I think we should let corporate know the reduced S&H is a major incentive for many of us. I'm going to post this in the fashion and Q we love. Many of us have been complaining about S&H ; it's time to stop complaining and start thanking. I also bought a pair of silver "as is" earrings on my wish list that had 3 dollars S&H.
