Thanks for input here. I have no choice at present but to use the Q return labels. Because of health issues, I am only getting out to go to medical visits and lucky my cab driver will stop and drop any returns in the mailbox. If I have any return that needs to go to post office because it is a box, etc. I pay my cab driver to take it to post office for me.

Obviously, for a lot of reasons, shopping will be greatly reduced because of this new policy.

Thanks for posting. So while it seems we can still package multiple items in one box and return - and be only charged for (1) $6.95 return label-- The Q will not refund the $3 S&H. per item, So if you are returning, you still ended up paying their old $6.72 S&H charge. Guess that is how you have to look at it. Plus this, I don't know many other places that you can wear something-- wash it, on high-- try to shrink it and then pack up and get most of your money back. I wish the Q. would do something for customers who purchase from them often and spend a certain amount. Maybe some kind of discount shipping in that way.

Guess the new S&H is really just the same ole song, unless you don't need to return or exchange.

Since I found out about QVC no longer returning original S&H, I have turned away from ordering two or three products that I normally wouldn't have given a second thought to purchasing. I refuse to have to take a $9.95 hit on any product I am not satisfied with including but not limited to reasons of inconsistent sizing or information insufficient to making a more informed decision.

This new S&H policy serves only to increase revenue for QVC disguised as a gift for us. I predict an unfavorable result and a loss of business for the Q and that loss of business will start with me.

Someone should start one of those Change.org petitions to get tons of signatures and send to the Q to address their confusing and overpriced shipping practices. Most other retail outlets give priority shipping discounts to their credit card holding customers -- everywhere from Target to Nordstrom. -- No shipping either direction with a card. The Q hosts are constantly pushing the 30-day no questions asked return policy. I guess that the real motivation is not to help us, but to encourage this money making scheme for them.
