Removable shoulder pads

Susan, I love your clothes and jewelry. I especially enjoy your removable shoulder pads. My question is could you develop a shoulder pad that I could use in any garment? I think you would be a perfect choice to solve this problem for those of us who cannot find a shoulder pad similar to the old Kathleen Kirkwood ones. Please help!
