I really don't even know what to say. When is enough? I hadn't ordered anything from Q in a while until a week or two ago b/c of several issues. I finally broke down and ordered the RZ printed trench that I'd wanted for a while. It arrived yesterday. The coat itself is lovely, but it's obvi a return. The coat arrived in the ususal Q box and sealed in a plastic bag on a hanger, so I thought it was all good. When I opened it, however, it had what appeared to be animal hair on it. Not only that, but the lining of the coat has been plucked out. It looks like the damage done by a cat's claw. Wow. I don't know why, but I am really surprised at QVC. I shouldn't be. I've had issues with Q myself, in addition to reading some of your comments about quality control at Q. Oh well.
