I know this has nothing to do with QVC-but I just got an e-mail from LB saying they were crediting 3 bras I returned. I returned 4 bras and when I called customer service they asked for a tracking number-which I had & then agreed to credit the 4th bra. I have never shopped on line with them before & will not again! By the time they charge you shipping & tax it is awful & none of the shipping is refundble. I only buy bras from them & the ones from the store fit fine-not the ones on-line though!
