In tunic tops I know when item is described as 100% poly There is no stretch - what about 100% rayon does this fabric have any stretch? In the poly I usually have to size up not sure about the rayon though - any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is it woven rayon? No stretch. Knits will have give. Definite stretch if there is spandex. The problem is QVC is lax about letting us know if a fabric is woven or knit. I size up in woven and what happens is if I don't realize its knit the garment ends up swimming on me.

Rayon woven - not much stretch.

Rayon knit - inherent stretch and usually on the thin side.

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.

dulwich, if there is no stretch in poly, there is less stretch in rayon.

Rayon is synthetic and doesn't have any give. The only good feature (IMO) about it is that it drapes nicely. But over time, the fibers yellow. This is one fabric I avoid. Again, looks nice when new.

Thank you for replies. All it says is rayon I was looking at Isaac's rayon top A254799 usually I am size L but when I purchased Linea tunic in poly the L fitted but very close so I exchanged for XL as in our 100% weather has to loose. Isaac's is rayon so I think I may rethink size and go for XL but not sure. Again thanks.
