Question re certain designers

I recently did a review for a Pamela Dennis piece. When it asked for certain other pieces I recommended I added a few more pieces of hers. I noticed when I pulled up Pamela Dennis fashion there were a ton of pieces that I've never seen before. Do certain designers, hang around until the current order is sold out then come back after a few seasons with new stuff? The pieces I pulled up looked like they were on before this last batch of clothing she brought to the Q in 09'. Or am I imaging this? It looks like she is gone again so I wondered if sometime in the future she'd come back again.
