Anne, when you put the not yet available items, but that are loaded into the system as soon as the Q places the manufacturing order, on Waitlist, sometimes months before they are available, it appears that they then delete your Waitlist when the items are finally available. Seems to happen to me every time, and others have discussed this phenomenon. Alternatively, check your orders and see if it has shipped, but I doubt it. They never alert you to this deletion, either. Tsk, tsk.

I placed my waitlist order for the Olive on August 23rd. It now shows that it was shipped yesterday. If something did happen to your waitlist order, it is now available for ordering. I have all the colors and can't wait to get this one to wear with my boho.

Did you check just your waitlist orders? If so it might have shipped and would no longer be listed in your waitlist orders. Or did you check for that item number in your order history and still don't see it?
