Please note that on three occasions on items I ordered and received in October the items in the bag are not the correct items. The bag is marked with correct label but the item in the bag is not the right item. This is frustrating especially when you are waiting for your order and it’s wrong. Please ask your team to check their work so that we the customers don’t have to go through the process and return the incorrect item (and pay for shipping-again).

@Alimarie.  Unfortunately nobody at QVC  is likely to see your complaint since this board is for customers.  There is a feedback link to which they respond at the bottom of most pages in "Connect With Us".

@Alimarie If the item sent to you is incorrect, you DO NOT have to pay return shipping. Just note it on the return slip, and then keep watch on your credit card statement. If you are charged, call customer service.

@Alimarie : i don't think that your complaint is a function of QA,altho you have a large right to complain.
