Well, the OP did post on another thread that her DH eats nothing but junk food, so she has to be the "food police". Maybe that's her real issue with anyone seen eating anything that smacks of "unhealthy" food in her opinion.

Jeanne Bice always provided (at her own expense) food for the models and staff, since she wanted to make sure they weren't going hungry while working all day. I don't see a thing wrong with that. It's not like there's a QF show every single hour of every single day. A treat, once in a while, should be enjoyed! And I think we can guess from the models' figures that they don't overindulge.

One would wish that. When I get together with friends, there are always snacks and drinks offered. Even in the days of home parties (home décor, jewelry, Tupperware...) food played a role.

Probably off subject...I use to really like the QF clothes and shows but much changed for me after the QF cruise in Oct 2011. During a Q&A with Angel women REALLY were saying negative things about Lisa Robertston and some of the other host! Believe Jeanne would have squelched that at the get go but the QF staff just let it go. Also think some of the QF staff is getting ""chummy"" with some quackers to the point of favoritism so to speak.

Would also like to see less cat stuff....not everyone has a cat and it just seems to me that every season there is more and more cat stuff! What about other animals?

Yes...I was on the cruise sitting in the Q&A with Angel and heard the negative comments.

We have to assume you were on this cruise and witnessed this firsthand? (You don't know whether the QF staff felt put in a very difficult situation. We all know there are negative posters on these boards who will not allow anyone to shut them up.)

Glad you feel better for having vented but, unfortunately, you've just put some "negative" info out there (true or not) that most people would have been unaware of. Now those who want something else to complain about will bring it up over and over as "ammunition" for why they hate the range or the people connected with it. Seen it happen too many times.

Absolutely was on the cruise and was sitting in the audience with the Q&A. Don't consider this "negative" information as letting people know what went on during a program. It really surprised me since most "Quackers" present themselves as overly nice and non-judgemental...to me this just seemed "catty". Unfortunately us women seem to do that a lot and yes I do catch myself and try to back off.

I believe most of these communities and/or blogs are for people venting and posting opinions...we can all choose whether or not to read any or all of the postings. I usually peruse about every 3 to 4 days.
