I think it would make a nice skirt without the shorts part. I wonder if they could be cut out and you just have a skirt? Not that I'm really going to do that I just wondered. I'm go check out the colors.

I guess just so they can make fun of the clothes and the people who wear them!</h1>That's the selling point of Quacker. People like sparkles. Some people do like them. Quacker offers sparkles. If you don't like sparkles, don't buy Quacker.
They cut back on sparkles and people complained. Not everything has sparkles.
I like Quacker factory. I'm old and like Jeanne used to say, I dress it up. I wear a lot of jewelry and everything matches.
I get a lot of compliments on my outfits when I go out.

I've never purchased a skort but think these are cute. I like the scallop on the bottom. Ordered the bleached denim & white. I just hope I ordered the correct size. I'm an 8-10 and ordered the small as I'm not hippy.

Just received one of several I ordered... I am NOT happy! Sometimes I think someone at QVC has a red flag attached to my account that says, "send this lady the items that are not sized correctly"!
I got the dark indigo and have some others on the way. If they fit like this one does, they will be marked DEFECTIVE and sent back (I talked to CS). And now the next size up is on waitlist in the colors I ordered, so I went ahead and re-ordered on waitlist but of course there are no guarantees with that. I am so frustrated, because I had made up my mind NEVER to order clothes again because of so many sizing problems... but these were so cute! And the reviews so far are really good. Sorry for my pity party, but WHY ME?
The "click here" garment measurements said the Small hip measurement is 40.5", and the description says "relaxed fit", "generously cut with maximum wearing ease". Okay then, why do I have to stretch it to get the hip measurement only up to 39.5"? If I just let it lay, it's a tad over 38"... NOT 40.5". If it were the correct measurement, and "generously cut", then it would be a perfect fit. As it is, it is too tight and does not look good at all. That extra inch or two would have made all the difference.
I was on the fence between the Small and Medium, and since so many people reviewed other "bottoms" and said they run large, and one question was asked on the garment page and the person that answered said QF runs large, I decided to go with the Small. I'm waiting for the others to arrive to see if this one is incorrectly sized, since an Extra Small is supposed to be 38.5". I have my fingers crossed, but not much hope.

kittymomNC, I hope the others fit you. Sounds like the one you got was mismarked. I had that happen to me once. When I returned it, I made a note of the measurements on the return slip and they refunded everything to me.

Okay...
I just received and tried on my other QF TSV skorts. Wow! None of them are the same size. The only one that is sized correctly is one I got in white - so if I can only keep one, I guess the white is the one I prefer. It is a full 1.5-2" bigger all the way down than the others. So if it's sized correctly with a 40.5" hip, and the other Smalls are too small, then if I get a Medium with a 43" hip, do I hope that those will be smaller than it says, and then they might fit?
On top of that, the Chambray skirt has a hole in the back! At first I thought it was a white spot and went to see if it would rub off, and realized it's a hole in the fabric about half-way down.
I may keep the white one, and I might try for the Dark Indigo or the Black on waitlist, OR NOT. This is my first purchase of Quacker Factory, and it will probably be my last!
ETA: This also gave me some insight into their new shipping prices! Two of my orders arrived in the QVC bags that had somehow been recycled! You know how some of the bags have the perforations and you can pull of the silver tape (which exposes adhesive) and use them to return something? Well, these had already had the silver tape pulled off and were being re-used! They didn't have any other labels on them, so I don't know what is up with that!
