I'm quite sure I have heard at least one host say it was 30 days from the day you received it. And I have, in fact, returned something close to the 30 day limit. I shipped it on the 29th day from when I received it (checked the tracking on it), and the return, of course, had a tracking number for their receipt of my return. They received it well OUTSIDE the 30 days, and I shipped it one day short of the 30 days from when it arrived on my door step. So in my case, they counted 30 days from the day I received it.
