Hi all,

I sent several items back to QVC and used their return label. I only received credit for one item and I sent them back about two weeks ago.

Is this normal? I tried tracking it through my order status and some of them just say "arrival at post office"...but nothing since. I am sure QVC is backed up with holiday returns, etc., but I would like my refunds so was just curious what other people's experiences were with the QVC return label and processing times.
