Every time I buy a button front blouse from QVC it won't button around the hip area and has to be returned. It fits properly in the shoulder & bust so I don't want to size up. I should also note I don't have this issue when I buy blouses elsewhere. I have noted that others also state this issue in the reviews. I wish QVC would pay attention to sizing issues like this. As a side note - I do not have this issue with Susan Graver blouses.

Re: QVC & button front blouses

I've noticed that, too. Seems most of my D&C tops have a smaller sweep on them than other brands in my closet. And if I size up to accommodate my hips then the rest of the top is too big everywhere else.Woman Frustrated

That happens to me too and not only with D&Co.  But I still have some blouses from years ago that fit perfectly.

I don't even try anymore!  This is always the case for me, and in stores I don't have the problem so as with others, I don't order button front blouses at all from QVC even though there are many Linea ones I would love to have.

Re: QVC & button front blouses

With almost anyobe's button-front blouses, by the time they fit my bust and my hips, the shoulders are way too wide for me.  I did buy one Denim &
 Co button-front in 2016 which worked well when I first received it.  Now that I've lost pounds per my doctor's orders, it's too big even to weart as a light jacket.Man Sad

@151949

Were the sizing measurements provided online accurate?   If not, that's a "defective" return and shipping should also be refunded.

It could be that the blouses have regular or modified princess seaming, which is a designer mistake, IMO    If you're tucking it in, you can always leave the bottom button unbuttoned for more "give".   If that doesn't work, by all means leave comments on the vendor's facebook site.   Or return it.    Or both.

Re: QVC & button front blouses

For many decades, I have not bought a single button front blouse:  can't stand the see through side view between the button closures.

I had noticed this on seminar leader and that was the end.

Don't miss them at all because I have so many beautiful pullover tops, tunics and sweaters.

Oh geez - the point of the post is not that I'm upset over need9ing to return it - though I am - the point is that QVC needs to address why this happens with all their brands except Susan Graver.

There were some Denim & co blouses on this morning in pretty colorsfor a very good price.  I would have bought a couple if I thought there was any chance at all they would actually fit.

I have the same problem, bust fits fine, too tight around the hips.  I have gotten a couple of blouses from Iman and Wendy Williams and they work great for me.
