I just want to give "props" & thanks to the QVC team for listening to their customers and responding quickly to concerns & questions. Revamping an online forum is not an easy process and it takes time to readjust to change. But, restoring the sub-forums within a week of the launch went a long way in helping us feel more comfortable with the new forum & get our bearings in the communities we know and love. Nicely done.
