QVC: Please 'Sticky' a Q/A Thread to Answer Our Questions

I think it would be helpful if we could post our questions/concerns about the new forum format in a thread that is monitored in real time by QVC staff. To completely revamp a community and provide no timely answers to questions leaves members to fend for themselves and frustrated.

Please open a thread that remains at the top of the community page, so forum members--QVC customers--can get some answers from the QVC team responsible for this forum. Two-way communication is what's needed & would be most appreciated.

Yes they should have been replying all along to  at least some of the  most asked questions.  It's like they said ask questions but aren't intending to answer to help us navigate.  I guess they figure that if they wait maybe we will figure it out ourselves and help others.  They sure aren't earning their money today with this mess!!!!  At least let us know they have read our concerns and are putting together a complete tutorial or a detailed instruction post.

I agree with you. I'm so surprised when they planned this rollout, they didn't anticipate problems and put in place a way to help members sort through the changes. A video tutorial would have been perfect! Or, at least, monitor the threads and answer questions!

I haven't seen one answer from a QVC staffer on anything. That's pretty remarkable. This is 101 on "how not to do" a major website revamp. Communication is key.

Yes, I'd like someone to fix the "my activity" function. Mine shows my activity from a long time ago, but nothing current. I am lost without that information.

Also, I'd like to know how to preview a post and then get back to make changes if needed. Right now, I have to post as is, or cancel. There's no way to go back and make changes.

I'd appreciate it if there was a thread where we could go to get answers to our questions/concerns.

I'll probably never find this post again. Woman Sad

So many people are asking about the "my activity" function and the disappearance of the sub-forums, yet QVC remains silent. Most of the questions being asked are not complicated. I think if this lack of communication continues, people will go elsewhere in their frustration. The forums are linked to buying--I would check in at the Linea forum before I'd buy pre-show. But, that sub-forum is now gone.

It seems I have a notification.  What's that about? I tried clicking on it but nothing happened, it is just there taunting me.

It's now Day 3 of this new format and there are still so many questions and so few answers from QVC...But, I see the mods active in threads responding & moderating. Starting to improve. The only thing on my wish list: bring back the sub-forums!

Re: QVC: Please 'Sticky' a Q/A Thread to Answer Our Questions

EXACTLY. I sent email requesting some "how to info", as QVC team suggested we do.They answered alright....with the same thing that is listed in the HELP on the left side, which is of NO help at all. Then when I replied that was no help & how frustrating this is, I got NOTHING back. I just post/reply & can't find ANYTHING I have posted before. Can't tell what/where the OP  even is. I just see a topic & reply. HATE THIS!

I agree with all of you.
